What Practeca is
Not a single app, but a company that takes on the entire non-medical side of a specialty clinic and builds the technology for it: the system the clinic team works in, an app on the App Store and Google Play that carries the clinic's name and lets its patients book, and a website that presents the clinic and leads patients to its app. There are three products today. Others will follow in the same way: finished first, then offered.
Why Practeca exists
Clinic software is usually built for every clinic, so it reflects the way none of them actually works: the label in the dropdown changes, and the form underneath stays the same. Practeca starts with one specialty and does not move on until it is complete, so the first thing a doctor notices is that they never had to explain their work to us twice.
What a clinic can expect from us
- You will see the real product working before you decide anything.
- You will know what is not built yet before you pay for anything.
- We will not give you a date until we are confident in it.
- If Practeca is not right for your clinic, you will hear it from us first, at no cost.
If it ever goes wrong
The fair question about any young company is what happens to your records if it stops. The answer is built in rather than promised: the data belongs to the clinic, and the clinic can export every patient, visit, prescription and invoice as a standard file, at any time, without asking. Your data is never locked in, by contract or by file format.
